Job description

We have a client looking for Trailer Technicians in various locations across the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, service, and repair trailers to a high maintenance standard, ensuring conformity to all current company EHS guidelines, policies, procedures, and mandatory EHS legislation.
2. Complete all compliance details accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Undertake all required training as deemed necessary by the company.
4. Provide high levels of customer service while working to specified deadlines.
5. Always adhere to the company’s health & safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be a “Time Served” technician or possess City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications & experience, with a technical background in trailer repairs.
• Welding experience – preferable.
• High level of enthusiasm & good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
• Initiative to work autonomously if required.
