Qualifications

• 2+ years of tank and/or trailer repair and fabrication experience.
• Demonstrated skill in mechanical, electrical or various systems repairs.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds with assistance.

We are currently searching for DOT inspection certified mechanics with 2+ years of tank and/or trailer repair, and fabrication experience for our Fife, WA location!

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Range: $28.00 to $42.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

(Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.)

Demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:

• The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Tank service and repair
• Trailer suspension installation and repair
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs
• TIG & MIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience
• Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat)
• Background in confined space entry (preferred)
• Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands:

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
