Job summary

Fruehauf Ltd. in Grantham is hiring Trailer and Tipper Painters/Sprayers for both day and night shifts. You will mix paints, prepare surfaces, and spray to a high standard on new builds and refurbishments.

Trailer and Tipper Painter/Sprayer (1x Day Shift and 1x Late Shift)
Rates: Day rate from £15.00 to £20.68 per hour depending on experience with a 1.25x premium for late shift working

Trailer Manufacture Painters:

You will be responsible for painting trailers/tippers; both new builds and refurbishment jobs.

Duties include:

• Mixing paints
• Spraying to a high standard
• Polishing finished work
• Rectifying any snags to ensure a flawless result
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar environment (commercial vehicles, plant, or industrial painting preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Committed to delivering top-quality work
• Able to prepare, mask, mix, spray, polish and finish to the highest standard
• Able to identify and use the correct paints and materials
• Ability to read technical documentation and instructions. Due to this, and the importance of Health & Safety, you should have a good standard of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Adherence to health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting

Days: Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 15:00 and Friday 06:00 to 11:00
Nights: Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 00:00 and Friday 15:00 to 20:00
