Qualifications

• World-class editorial instincts with strong narrative arcs and retention strategies for short-form edits.
• Ability to turn long footage into concise, impactful stories with rhythm and clarity.
• Fluent use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools to execute edits, effects, and sound.
• Curious and confident in embedding AI tools into the editing workflow and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Read and select best moments from full episodes to inform trailer structure.
• Create a clear narrative or script from notes that aligns with a trailer checklist.
• Assemble sequence, source music, craft sound design, and prepare b-roll for animation.
• Collaborate with trailer team and other creatives to meet performance targets.
