Pinson TM Limited in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support major UK traffic management projects. You will help install NHSS-compliant sites, deliver site briefings and liaise with clients and authorities to ensure safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have traffic management experience, Lantra qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Formación

• Experience in Traffic Management roles with NHSS standards.
• Lantra qualified Traffic Management qualifications.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol checks.
• Right to Work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring Traffic Management sites are installed in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
• Liaising directly with clients, local authorities and highway control.
• Complete nightly reports on behalf of the client.
• Directly manage your crew to ensure high quality work plans.
• Read and implement RAMS and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
