Responsibilities

• Client liaison and oversight of day-to-day activities on schemes.
• Attend client site visits and surveys.
• Support the Client with Cad Requests and work with the CAD Team.
• Monitor Client Programme against booked works.
• Lead on Programme meetings and highlight requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure high standards.
• Conduct compliance checks and audits.
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is available.
• Participate in on-call rota for escalation.
• Oversee compliance briefs to subcontractors.
• Report on operational incidents to improve performance.
