Job summary

MadiganGill in Lancaster is seeking a Banksman/Marshall with CPCS to safely manage site traffic. The role requires possessing a Traffic Marshall CPCS card and full PPE, with reliable, punctual work ethic. You will work on a busy site, coordinating vehicles and pedestrians to keep everyone safe.

Applicants should be able to work independently or as part of a team and have good communication skills. This is a temporary role with immediate start in Lancaster, Lancashire.

Qualifications

• Must have Traffic Marshall CPCS Card.
• Must have full PPE (Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Have good communication skills; able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic on-site to ensure safety for workers and visitors.
• Co-ordinate vehicle movement and pedestrian routing on a busy site.
• Monitor site conditions and report hazards to the supervisor.
