Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting 4 Traffic Marshalls for a brand new construction site in Kingsbridge, Devon. You will control vehicle and pedestrian movements, ensuring safe access and egress while adhering to site procedures. This is an ongoing role with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

We have 2 day shift and 2 night shift positions. The site offers continuous work with opportunities as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS qualification required.
• CSCS accreditation required.
• Experience as Traffic Marshall/Banksman on construction sites preferred.
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle and pedestrian movements around the site.
• Maintain safe access and egress for site personnel and visitors.
• Ensure site traffic is controlled safely and efficiently per site procedures.

Brand New Construction Site | Ongoing Work | Day & Night Shifts

We are currently looking for 4 experienced Traffic Marshalls to join a brand new construction site in Kingsbridge, Devon.

We have opportunities for:

• 2 x Day Shift Traffic Marshalls
• 2 x Night Shift Traffic Marshalls

The Role

You will be responsible for managing vehicle and pedestrian movements around the site, maintaining safe access and egress, and ensuring site traffic is controlled safely and efficiently in line with site procedures.

This is an ongoing position, with the potential for long-term work depending on performance, reliability and site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum CPCS or NPORS qualification
• Qualification must be CSCS accredited
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall/Banksman on construction sites
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to work as part of a busy site team
