Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Traffic Marshal for a Blyth construction site. The role involves guarding the gate, signing in visitors, and coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure secure site access.

Requirements include a valid CSCS card, a Traffic Marshal/Gateman ticket, and full PPE. The position is on-site with pay discussed through PAYE Umbrella options as part of standard UK construction pay practices.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Experience on construction sites preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly with visitors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Stand at gate and greet site visitors and sign them in.
• Be first point of contact for subcontractors and visitors.
• Ensure only authorised personnel access the site.
• Assist with banking deliveries and lorry movements as required.
• Maintain site health and safety standards on duties.
• Carry out wheel jet wash if requested by site management.
• Follow site management instructions at all times.

Job description

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Traffic Marshal for a construction project in Blyth.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Standing on the gate to the construction site and meeting all site visitors
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and their details are recorded correctly
• Be the first point of contact for all sub-contractors, clients and visitors booked for meetings on site
• Experience and be comfortably "Banking" lorries and deliveries
• Making sure that no unauthorised personnel enter site
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• If site and weather conditions dictate you may be required to carry out a wheel jet wash
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must hold a valid Traffic Marshal/ Gateman ticket
• Must be hard working and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
