Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a Traffic Marshall for a site in Inverness. You will record deliveries, manage the visitors log, and guide vehicles through the site entrance in line with Site Traffic Management plans.

The role requires a valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket, a valid CSCS Card and full PPE. You should be hardworking, punctual and have good communication skills, able to work alone or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket.
• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must have full PPE (Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hardworking, reliable and punctual.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Traffic Marshall Required in Inverness

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a Traffic Marshal for a job in Inverness.

Working on behalf of the Principal contractor you will be responsible for:

• Recording deliveries and monitoring the visitors log book
• Banking vehicles through the site entrance
• Following Site Traffic Management plans
• Communicating effectively with site and plant operatives
• Monitoring pedestrian routes and safety zonesDuring quieter periods, you will be expected to help out with general site labouring duties.

Due to the location of the site it is advantageous if you have your own transport.

A Traffic Marshall must:

• Hold a valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket.
• Hold a valid CSCS Card
• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
