Traffic Manager – Creative & Digital Studio

🌍 Remote (Must be UK based)

We’re looking for an exceptionally organised Traffic Manager to become the central point of contact for all creative resourcing, helping the studio to run like clockwork! You’ll be the person who keeps teams supported and projects delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard in this varied position. The team culture is second to none with genuine flexibility and autonomy at the centre of this global agency’s ethos.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Owning the creative resource schedule across design, video, and wider teams
  • Allocating work based on skillset, capacity, and project requirements
  • Fully understand briefs to assign the right skills
  • Running daily stand-ups and keeping Airtable up to date
  • Handle urgent requests & book approved freelancers
  • Liaising with clients when required on workflow, timelines, and expectations
  • Ensure accurate time logging (MyHours)
  • Keeping clear, consistent communication with studio leads
What you’ll bring :
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Traffic / Studio / Project Coordinator or Manager
  • Agency experience
  • Strong understanding of the creative process , from concept to final production
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Experience liaising with or managing clients (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
