About the Role

As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating international transportation activities for bulk liquid food products. Your mission is to ensure efficient truck utilization, on-time deliveries, and full compliance with all logistics and transport regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.

Position Summary

You will be the central link in daily operations — assigning tasks to drivers, resolving transport-related challenges, communicating with customers, and ensuring that every shipment reaches its destination smoothly and safely.

This is a full‑time position within our growing logistics organization.

Who You Are

You are an experienced transport or logistics professional, comfortable making quick decisions and coordinating multiple tasks at once. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy optimizing routes and processes. You take responsibility for operational performance and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and drivers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate international transport routes for bulk liquid food shipments across Europe
  • Assign daily tasks and schedules to company drivers
  • Ensure on‑time loading and delivery in accordance with customer requirements
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and manage transport documentation (CMR, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Optimize transport costs and maximize truck utilization
  • Manage operational issues such as delays, rerouting, or vehicle breakdowns
  • Ensure compliance with transport legislation, safety, and food transport standards
  • Support management with operational KPIs and performance reports
Requirements
  • Experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and make quick, informed decisions
  • Proactive mindset with high reliability and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of transport regulations and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
