Job summary

Ringway is seeking an experienced Supervisor for the Traffic Management team, based at our Chelston Depot in Somerset. You will lead operational teams, ensure safe and efficient deployment, and support delivery across the contract.

Key duties include briefing operatives, preparing paperwork, conducting safety checks, and maintaining depot compliance with NH South West standards. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Traffic Management or similar operations.
• Sector Scheme 12 LTMO qualification is essential.
• TSS/NHSS qualifications preferred.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of operational teams.
• Ensure staff are deployed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate works and depot compliance activities.
• Maintain records and reports; liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Support and develop operational teams; lead safety inspections.
