Job summary

Operatives will work on M1/M2 sites, set up temporary traffic lights, manage traffic flow, read CAD traffic management drawings, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
