Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives in the UK with NHSS experience. Candidates must hold Lantra approvals and be able to pass Drugs & Alcohol checks. The role involves setting up and maintaining Traffic Management sites, reading CAD drawings, and reporting concerns.

Responsibilities include safe site operations, RAMS compliance, and daily vehicle checks; a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve output and quality.
• Compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware of RAMS and comply with them.
• Safely loading/unloading of Traffic Management equipment.
• Following Method Statements for safe working practices.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting plant & vehicle defects.
