Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives and Drivers with experience in streetworks operations. Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, managing flow, CAD drawings interpretation, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

The team will work with direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines. Candidates must hold LANTRA Traffic Management qualifications, be able to pass a drugs/alcohol check, have the right to work in

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
