Job summary

Go Traffic Management is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operative to manage schemes, ensuring smooth operations and high safety standards. You will adapt to day and night shifts, including weekends, and uphold a professional company image on site.

The role emphasizes adherence to LANTRA qualifications, safe working practices, and the ability to interpret CAD drawings while coordinating with the team and public on busy roadworks sites.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12d accreditation (TTMBC) or higher is required.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings; basic understanding of roadworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all methods of traffic management.
• Direct traffic using Stop/Go boards, portable signals, and diversions.
• Ensure work is carried out per safe working methods and procedures.
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements for traffic jobs.
• Ensure activities comply with laid down procedures and report improvements.
