Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in Watford to join a leading UK traffic management team. You will be involved in driving an IPV, setting up sites, delivering briefs, and ensuring operations meet NHSS standards.

The role requires reading CAD drawings, completing RAMS, and performing daily vehicle checks while maintaining high safety and quality. Driving licence and right-to-work are mandatory for applicants.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
