Job summary

Star Pubs Recruitment Support is seeking a full-time cook/chef to join a traditional country pub in Sundridge, Kent, currently under refurbishment and preparing for reopening. Hygiene, stock management, and the ability to work independently when required are important.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage own workloads and work independently when required.

• Prepare and cook a set menu of traditional homemade dishes to a high standard.
