Join Lincolnshire Trading Standards as a Senior Trading Standards Officer
Lincolnshire Trading Standards is looking for a committed and motivated Senior Trading Standards Officer to join our frontline team. This is an important role that helps us deliver our legal duties and protect both consumers and businesses.
We are ideally seeking a qualified Trading Standards Officer, however, we are also open to considering an apprentice candidate who shows the right attitude, commitment, and passion for supporting businesses, consumer protection, and animal health.
This role is a general Trading Standards Officer role but will focus on feed and animal health and welfare enforcement, which is vital for protecting public health, animal welfare, and the integrity of the food chain.You will work with farmers, businesses, and partner agencies to make sure the law is followed, give advice, and take enforcement action when needed.
