Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trading Services Analyst to optimize clearing operations. You will perform control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigate settlements, and support automation initiatives across Fixed Income, Money Market, FX, Commodities, and Equity futures and options on global exchanges.

Responsibilities include end-to-end reconciliations, handling client inquiries, and contributing to system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Clear all JPM and third-party trades on EMEA markets on Trade Date.
• Perform reconciliations against market sources.
• Execute front-to-back reconciliations from front office to back office.
• Investigate settlements queries and provide solutions.
• Complete operations projects and system implementations.
• Ensure clearing teams process trades accurately and promptly.
• Escalate and resolve trade/position breaks on Trade Date +1.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.
• Work a shift between 8am and 6pm with rotation and quarterly coverage.

As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you’ll be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re‑engineering and automation. Your daily responsibilities will include executing client trades for Fixed Income, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Commodity and Equity futures and options on global derivatives exchanges, clearing and settling futures and options transactions, posting the margins required by exchanges, using cash or securities in ways most convenient to the client and providing operational information about client transactions in flexible and responsive electronic or paper formats.

Job responsibilities

• Clear all JPM and 3rd party executed trades on EMEA located markets on Trade Date
• Perform reconciliations against market sources
• Perform numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office reconciliations, middle office to back office reconciliations
• Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations
• Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations)
• Ensure clearing teams are processing (execution, full service and NCM business) accurately and in a timely fashion
• Ensure Trade / position breaks are escalated and resolved on Trade Date +1
• Ensure Client queries / issues are dealt with appropriately and on a timely basis
• Shift pattern is in place between 8am until 6pm, on a shift rotation with additional coverage during quarterly rolls required
