Job summary

Devonshire Hayes Recruitment is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a greenfield trading platform. You will lead on responsive, real-time trading interfaces using Next.js and React, while contributing to backend services, APIs and integrations.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with 3 days onsite per week, in a fast-paced Agile environment. Candidates should bring 6–8 years UI experience and 2–3 years backend development to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong UI experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Real-time trading interfaces using WebSocket or SignalR.
• Backend development with C#, .NET 8 and Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Web API.
• Distributed systems with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Redis caching and Protobuf.
• SQL Server, AWS RDS and MongoDB or NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Prototype interfaces with business users and deliver features.
• Write integration tests and support production systems.
• Collaborate in a small Agile team to ship features.
