The Role:

As a Trading Manager at DAZN, you will play a key role in driving data‑informed decision‑making across our Growth Markets commercial and marketing teams. You will analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to uncover insights that optimise acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Contribute to paid media channel strategy, analysis, and ongoing optimisation to maximise ROI and performance efficiency.
  • Drive the testing and optimisation of landing pages and end‑to‑end customer journeys for both acquisition and retention.
  • Help to develop and implement a structured “test and learn” marketing framework, ensuring prioritisation and alignment of new initiatives within the Product & Technology (P&T) roadmap.
  • Define and execute promotional offer strategies across Acquisition, CRM, and Retention channels, within the established P&L framework; assess revenue impact and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conduct audience insights and customer analyses, including total addressable market (TAM) assessments, CRM cohort evaluations, trading and market trend analysis.
  • Champion growth initiatives and local market expansion, developing tailored marketing plans to scale smaller global markets through partnerships, propositions, and new rights opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing / commercial analytics, or data analysis role, ideally within a subscription or digital media business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills required, with an understanding of marketing funnels and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
