Job summary

Talos Trading is seeking a senior connectivity and trading technology professional to own the roadmap and deliver integrations across EMS, market data, and APIs.

You will coordinate with Engineering, clients and external partners to expand into new markets, ensuring production readiness and robust performance. This role emphasizes complex project management, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic trading or capital markets tech.
• Understanding of EMS/OEMS workflows and order lifecycle.
• Experience with exchange connectivity and API trading protocols.
• Comfort reading API docs, logs and production data.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of connectivity capabilities across Talos’ platform.
• Expand connectivity into new markets and asset classes.
• Drive end-to-end integration projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, data, and performance.
• Ensure connectivity supports trading workflows and EMS features.
• Build relationships with exchanges and liquidity providers to enable new capabilities.
