The below shift pattern are the times in the week we would like you to be available to work. Your weekly hours will be scheduled 3 weeks in advance within these times

  • Monday: 22:00 - 08:00
  • Tuesday: 22:00 - 08:00
  • Wednesday: 22:00 - 08:00
  • Sunday: 22:00 - 08:00

As one of our Trading Assistants, you’ll be one of our Christmas Champions ensuring our stores are set up brilliantly to give our customers everything they come to Sainsbury’s for.

Eligibility:

  • The minimum application age for this role is 18, due to the working hours and type of goods (alcohol, etc) that you may be required to handle.
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
What you’ll be doing
  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, keeping our shelves clean, tidy and full of well-presented products
  • Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly when the store is open, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help
  • Date checking fresh produce and grocery products
  • Helping across the store as needed and supporting with deliveries as required
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
