Job description

Primary trade and technical support resource during US/GTH and EU trading hours (1:00am to 9:00am Central). First-line responder covering trading in global securities via our proprietary platform for domestic and international clients in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

This position will be on site in our London office.

What You'll Do
  • Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must have excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology.
  • Prior experience supporting US or EU marketplaces and listed securities preferred.
  • Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications, such as Reuters, TT, PATS, Bloomberg, and GL Trade.
  • Need to be very comfortable working independently, with limited opportunities for real-time collaboration with other support staff.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, energetic and results oriented.
What We're Looking For
  • Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must have excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology.
  • A working knowledge of finance industry clearing is a plus.
  • Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications, similar to Reuters, TT, PATS, Bloomberg, and GL Trade is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the Windows operating system is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.
  • 2-3 years of Financial Services experience is preferred.
