  • Take ownership of B2B pork sales, covering the full range of cuts and product types
  • Set and manage daily/weekly pricing in line with global pork market movements
  • Keep up-to-date with worldwide trends, supply/demand dynamics, and currency shifts to stay ahead commercially
  • Manage weekly stock reviews, focusing on slow-moving and aged stock to maximise efficiency
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and growth opportunities
  • Resolve customer claims and quality issues swiftly and effectively
  • Produce regular commercial performance reports and market updates for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and technical colleagues to deliver seamless service
