Responsibilities

• Deal with trade customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Prepare quotations and follow up outstanding quotes.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop accounts.
• Support the trade counter and branch during busy periods.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and technical information.
• Serve customers professionally and efficiently on the trade counter.
