Job summary

A leading travel company in Manchester is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to drive sales growth with travel agent partners. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account management and luxury travel, with a proven ability to build relationships and create strategic sales initiatives. This role offers a competitive package of approximately £48k per annum, alongside opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience of working within Account Management or Business Development in the travel industry.
  • Experience of working within a luxury travel brand.
  • Experience in creating and implementing strategic sales.
  • Confident in presenting at trade shows and events.

  • Develop partner campaigns and analyze trends.

Leading Travel Company with a beautiful portfolio of luxury cruises is seeking an experience Agency Sales Manager to continue the growth of this established travel brand to their travel agent partners. If you are an experienced Trade Sales Manager for a Tour Operator, seeking a new brand to represent in the North of England, this is your next position! With an overall package circa £48k pa (basic, car & bonus) this is a Business Development role not to be missed!

In this exciting role, you'll partner with our internal teams to shape engaging sales strategies, develop eye-catching promotions, and support key growth initiatives. You'll also get the chance to host and attend overseas conferences and events, representing the company and building valuable connections across the industry. A flexible approach to working hours is important, as some evening and weekend work may be needed. What will I be doing?
