Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse in Walthamstow is looking for a team member focused on providing exceptional customer service. You will manage customer communications and assist in maximizing sales through effective quote management. This role includes flexible shifts and a contract of 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
• Customer communication management is utilised to drive Store sales
• Ensure a working and effective quote bank is maintained
• All sales opportunities and large-scale projects explored to maximise sales and margin
• The contracted hours for this role are 37.5 hours week. Working flexible shifts over 7 days.
