About Us

This premium drinks distributor represents some of the world’s finest spirits.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Trade Marketing Manager to join the team on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied and hands‑on role covering two key areas:

  • Trade Marketing: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of all trade marketing activities across our brands and customer base — both on‑and off‑trade. You’ll work closely with our sales team to develop impactful activation ideas and produce standout trade materials, from brand presenters to sales toolkits and digital assets.
  • Brand Management: Manage the delivery and evaluation of brand plans for six of our premium portfolio brands, working collaboratively with our marketing team and brand owners to bring each brand to life in the UK market.

This role requires a creative and commercially minded marketer with a strong understanding of the drinks industry, particularly spirits, and a deep knowledge of the UK on‑and off‑trade landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of trade marketing plans and activation programs with key customers and premium accounts.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure investment is optimised across top 15 brands.
  • Deliver and manage full brand activity plans and budgets for 6 brands in the portfolio.
  • Create engaging trade marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets that reflect each brand’s identities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, ambassador, and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with brand owners and customers to ensure successful execution of plans.
About You

You’re an energetic, detail‑oriented marketer with a passion for spirits and a flair for creativity. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy balancing multiple projects. You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach, ensuring that great ideas are delivered flawlessly.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience in a trade marketing or brand marketing role, ideally within spirits or premium drinks.
  • Strong understanding of the UK on‑and off‑trade industry.
  • Proven experience developing trade activations and sales materials.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and budget management abilities.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of world‑class brands in a creative, fast‑moving environment. You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team that values initiative, innovation, and excellence.

Please only apply for this role if you are eligible to work in the UK.
