A prestigious European law firm is seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal to support Attorneys in various administrative and paralegal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in intellectual property, preferably with trade marks, and will be highly proficient in UKIPO and EUIPO procedures. This role offers hybrid working options and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive environment.
As a Trade Mark Paralegal, the candidate will work closely with the existing team to provide a wide range of support to the Attorneys. This is a varied role that offers the chance to develop skills and take on additional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior experience working in an intellectual property team, ideally with trade marks. CITMA qualification (or progress towards it) is an advantage
This position is particularly well suited to candidates with one to two years’ experience in intellectual property, ideally in trade marks. We will provide full on-the-job training and support you to build your expertise.
You will be familiar with the UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures, we well as IP management systems (e.g. Inprotech) and MS Office.
