Opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney to join a leading Media & Entertainment firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Opportunity

The firm’s Brand Protection team advises clients across the full lifecycle of brands and soft-IP rights, covering brand selection, protection, enforcement and exploitation in the UK and internationally.

The team is now looking to hire a Trade Mark Attorney on a 12-month fixed-term contract to work across a broad range of trade mark and brand protection matters.

This will include:

• Advising on global trade mark clearance and filing strategies
• Advising on trade mark and design protection
• Brand monitoring and enforcement
• Online monitoring and takedown work
• Anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting matters
• Domain name acquisition and recovery
• Advising on trade mark and wider soft-IP disputes
• Supporting clients with the protection and exploitation of their brands and soft-IP rights

Required

• Qualified Trade Mark Attorney
• 1–5 PQE
• Experience advising on trade mark protection and portfolio management
• Experience handling trade mark clearance, filing and prosecution matters
