Job summary

Pontoon in Bromley is hiring a Trade Implementation Advisor on a 6-month contract to manage client onboarding for trade finance products and coordinate monthly reporting. The role requires close collaboration with partners and support teams.

You will handle trade documentation, ensure processes are followed meticulously, and communicate clearly with clients while delivering high-quality service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding clients in trade finance products.
• Knowledge of LC, collections, guarantees, trade loans & supply chain finance.
• Proficient with MS Office for reports and docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Previous onboarding clients from scratch is essential.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in client onboarding, particularly within trade finance products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products, including but not limited to Letters of Credit, Collections, Guarantees, Trade Loans, and Supply Chain Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to create and manage reports and documentation effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, enabling accurate and confident conversations with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective interactions with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying demands and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Previous experience in onboarding clients from scratch is essential.
