A leading airline company is seeking a Trade Distribution Manager to strengthen partnerships and drive performance in Scotland and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience managing trade accounts and a proven track record in sales. This full-time, home-based role offers an all-inclusive benefits package, including competitive salary and flexible benefits tailored to individual needs.
Job Description
Trade Distribution is how easyJet holidays connects with more people through trusted travel partners who share our commitment to great value and brilliant service. It’s the bridge between our brand and customers who love to book through an agent, and it plays a vital role in growing our reach.
We’re looking for a Trade Distribution Manager to own this across Scotland and Ireland, building strong partnerships and driving performance in key markets.
As our Trade Distribution Manager, you will own the relationship with our trade partners in Scotland and Ireland, developing commercial plans that deliver bookings, boost revenue, and keep easyJet holidays front of mind. You’ll know your region inside out, what motivates agents, what customers are looking for, and where the next opportunity sits.
In this role you’ll build business development and marketing plans, lead engaging presentations and training, and share insights that help our partners sell more holidays. You’ll make sure our partners have the tools and confidence to promote our holidays while bringing valuable market feedback back into the business.
You’ll track results, refine plans, and celebrate wins. Every week brings new conversations, new opportunities, and new ways to grow.
Trade Distribution is fast paced and full of possibility. This role gives you the chance to shape how we show up in the market and make easyJet holidays the first choice for agents and their customers.
We’re looking for somebody who knows the travel industry and understands what makes trade partnerships work. You’ll have managed accounts before and know how to build trust, spot opportunities, and turn conversations into sales.
You’re confident presenting, organised in how you plan your time, and comfortable working independently to hit your goals while still enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
You bring energy and initiative to your work, thriving in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days feel the same.
You’ve worked with independent travel agencies before, or you understand how they operate and what drives them. You combine commercial acumen with curiosity, always looking for ways to grow business for both sides.
You’re motivated by targets and have a proven record of delivering them. You’re ready to travel across the UK (and sometimes further afield) to connect with partners, represent the brand, and bring easyJet holidays to life.
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company‑wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our people. As such we’re committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
The role is full‑time and home based role. You must be based in Scotland or Ireland.
