Job summary

Green Electrical, an independent electrical wholesaler, plumbing merchant and showroom based in Barnsley, is offering a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. The role focuses on hands-on experience serving customers, processing sales, and keeping the showroom and trade counter organized.

You will support stock management, assist with general warehouse duties, and have the chance to progress into social media/marketing duties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on customer service and sales support experience.
• Willingness to learn products and build customer confidence.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries and maintain stock.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers on our trade counter
• Ensure stock is presented and available for customers to purchase
• Contribute to achieving targets, including sales and customer service

• Place stock correctly in store and plan orders
