Job summary

Plumbase Kendal, part of the UK plumbing network, is offering an Apprentice Trade Supplier role. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both warehouse and trade counter operations while working toward your Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship.

This is a start toward long-term opportunities in a decentralised, autonomous site team. You’ll contribute to day-to-day activities, learn product knowledge across plumbing and heating, and support sales, logistics, and customer service to help the site run

Qualifications

• Motivated and dependable, ready to learn by doing.
• Interested in sales, stock control and customer service.
• Eager to gain hands-on experience in a trade environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade and retail customers at the counter and by phone.
• Help pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and manage deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse organised and safe.
• Learn product knowledge and technical basics.
• Support sales, logistics, and customer service as part of the site team.
