Job summary

Trade Compliance Analyst - Contract - 3+ Months - Inside IR35

I'm currently recruiting for a Export Control Trade Compliance Analyst for a new client of mine. In this role, you'll be working to ensure the compliant, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods, software, and technology across international operations, with a focus on mitigating regulatory risks. You'll also support the development and implementation of robust compliance frameworks.

Location: Remote
Rate: Dependent on experience
Length: 3 Months with a possibility to extend.
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trade Compliance Analyst or similar role, specifically delivering solutions in international trade compliance.
• Experience working on projects involving export controls, customs laws, and trade sanctions.
• Experience working within Legal, Risk, Ethics and Compliance Functions.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements related to trade compliance.
• Ability to create detailed processes and documentation based on regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience supporting internal assurance audits and managing remediation actions.
