Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd., on behalf of a Tier One Motorsport supplier, seeks a Trackside Engineer to join an international team. You will be deployed to F1 race events worldwide, providing expert real-time engineering support to drivers and engineers.

You will analyse telemetry, contribute to race strategy and vehicle setup, and collaborate with factory teams to optimize performance across simulations and pit stops in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within Formula One / Two / Three / GT
• Experience as a trackside engineer
• A degree in Motorsport

Responsibilities

• Work trackside at all F1 events, providing real-time engineering support to race drivers and performance engineers
• Analyse live telemetry data to inform race strategy and vehicle setup
• Collaborate with factory-based performance and systems teams to ensure optimum car performance
• Support simulation work, pit stop strategies, and post-session data reviews
• React decisively in high-pressure, time-sensitive race environments
