Job summary

Formula Fast Karting in Milton Keynes is seeking a confident, hands-on Track Supervisor to lead, develop and inspire our track team. You’ll help deliver race events, coach team members, and uphold exceptional safety and service standards while working with the Operations Manager to continually improve the circuit and guest experience.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to continually improve the circuit and guest experience.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help deliver race events, coach team members, maintain exceptional safety and service standards, and work with our Operations Manager to continually improve the circuit and guest experience.

You’ll be suited to the role if you:

Experience in karting, motorsport, attractions or venue operations would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
