Job summary

Baxter Compounding in Oxford seeks Production Technicians for the TPN department to support the manufacture of sterile, life-saving products. This is a full-time, permanent role with training provided. The post operates mainly in TPN with rotation to other areas as needed.

The role requires very good attention to detail, good communication, and a drive to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Training is provided to ensure GMP compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics completed.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail essential for sterile product work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble raw materials and ingredients for compounding sterile products.
• Manufacture life-saving products according to SOPs.
• Assist in preparation, labelling, packaging and dispatch of sterile products.
• Replenish and rotate stock.
• Perform visual inspection of finished products.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and GMP processes.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and stock levels per SOPs.
