TPI Account Executive – Cardiff (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Multitask Personnel is proud to be working with a leading utility client specialising in the installation, ownership, and management of utility metering assets across the UK.

We’re looking for a TPI Account Executive to join the team in Cardiff. You’ll build and maintain relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), supporting the Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service.

The Role
  • Develop strong relationships with TPIs and key stakeholders.

  • Support account management with reporting, communication, and service delivery.

  • Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

  • Assist with new business tenders and contract mobilisation.

  • Identify process improvements and support business reviews.

About You
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Strong analytical approach with great attention to detail.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Experience within the energy or utilities sector preferred.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
