What you'll be doing

Working for one of the UK's leading employers, you'll play a key role in managing our busy, fast-paced operation, helping us maintain our solid reputation with a loyal customer base. You'll support your team to achieve sales and service targets while driving continuous improvements. You'll maintain our "Safety First" culture, ensuring protocols and procedures are followed to protect both colleagues and customers. You'll lead by example, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers, getting to know them by name and quickly identifying their needs.

You're commercially astute, with a good understanding of price points and margins, and you can guide your team to negotiate the best deals. You're tech-savvy and confident using computers and technology in your daily tasks. You have experience in first-line management and know how to role model excellent behaviours and achieve results through your team.
