Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Category Admin Assistant to join the Toys team. You will help build a compelling product range, support brand partnerships, and manage day-to-day category operations.

You’ll implement promotional communications, assist with pricing analysis, and coordinate end-to-end product setup. This role offers flexible, hybrid working and development opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and process all supported promotional communications and on-site execution.
• Utilise pricing tools to assist the category in market analysis and pricing recommendations under supervision.
• Coordinate the end-to-end product setup process from initiation to launch, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ensure all range and availability data is accurately input whilst working with supply chain and suppliers to ensure stock levels and on-sale administrative tasks are carried out accordingly.
• Generate routine reports for the category team and external partners, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed.
• Development and progression opportunity – aid in sourcing process for new suppliers or brands, selection and range development, while learning about forecasting, trading, and promotional strategies
