The Entertainer in Sutton Coldfield (The Parade) is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service, process till transactions, and maintain toy merchandising. The role operates on a 12-hour contract with 4-hour shifts over 3 days, with flexibility around store trading hours, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over task and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and actively promote addons by engaging with customers.
• Handle and accept deliveries to store safely and keep stock room areas maintained.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Work in your designated Tesco space as required.
