Job summary

Rochdale Council is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support communities across the borough by promoting development and engagement. The role involves attending meetings, including public forums, assisting with projects, and representing the community to the Council and vice versa.

You will help empower local residents to develop skills and independence, working collaboratively with Elected Members and external organisations to deliver meaningful community initiatives.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work with Council services, Elected Members and other external organisations/agencies to provide support to our communities within the borough of Rochdale.

The role is a unique opportunity to promote community development and engagement through attending meetings, including public evening forums, assisting with projects, and representing the community to the Council, and vice versa.
