Responsibilities
  • Work on a variety of strategic planning projects with a strong focus on residential planning applications and land promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in design, heritage, socioeconomics, and master planning, gaining exposure to diverse projects and clients.
  • Advising on development potential, preparing planning applications and appeals, drafting Local Plan representations, and providing policy research.
  • Support business development opportunities and participate in Planning Appeals and Local Plan Examinations.
Qualifications
  • A relevant planning qualification.
  • RTPI membership (or working towards it).
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach.
