Might have achieved your Chartership, or you're well on your way. You're preparing planning applications, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, maybe even managing sub-consultants – but something's missing. Maybe the work doesn't take you anywhere. Perhaps your current role feels more routine than a real career path. Or maybe you've grown as much as you can and are ready for the next step up.

Here's your chance to make a move into a role where you're not just an employee but a co-owner, working for a company that truly values collaboration, shared success, and sustainable growth. A role where your expertise isn't just acknowledged but actually drives strategic, large-scale projects that make an impact in industries like renewable energy, waste management, and commercial developments.

Joining a busy, dynamic planning team on a hybrid basis from Leeds, you'll handle a diverse range of projects, from energy infrastructure (solar, battery, wind, hydrogen, hydrogen) to waste and mineral schemes. You'll work closely with Chartered Planners, Landscape Architects, and clients to deliver exciting, high-impact projects.

  • Co‑ordinate and prepare planning applications and environmental impact assessments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Be involved in land promotion, detailed development management and project delivery
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning advice to clients, undertake site appraisals and manage sub-consultants (at Senior levels)
