Qualifications

  • MRTPI qualified or nearing submission.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise own caseload.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications.
  • Undertake feasibility studies and site promotions.
  • Provide tailored advice to clients.
  • Mentor junior team members through APC process.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead project meetings and consultations.
  • Ensure timely and high-standard project delivery.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time and workload management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

MRTPI qualified (or close to submission)
