Qualifications

  • Chartered Member of the RTPI or working toward chartership.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for clients.
  • Provide clear planning advice across a range of development proposals.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, statements, and planning documentation.
  • Undertake desktop assessments and site visits.
  • Work independently and find creative solutions to planning challenges.

Skills

Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Confident using Microsoft Office and planning tools
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Education
